TECA (The Event Complex Aberdeen) is a brand new state-of-the-art conference and exhibition venue located next to Aberdeen International Airport, offering first class conference and exhibition facilities for organisers and delegates to enjoy. Bus routes is located throughout the site to facilitate convenient access for delegates and exhibitors to and from the City Centre and Airport. In addition, there will walking and cycling routes, encouraging delegates to walk from the close by hotels.

There is no VAT to be paid for the Conference arrangement: The prices listed above are stated without tax (VAT) as this will not apply, because the event is not held in Norway. The same applies for exhibitors.
Please notice that the due date for exhibitors is March 31st, 2020. All exhibitors must pre-pay for their stand/attendance at the Conference.

PLEASE NOTE: Lunch is mandatory for all delegates and exhibitors, all days attending the conference. When open for registration, please choose the correct lunch and coffee alternative, based on how many days you are attending the conference.
Integrated within the design of the venue will be a 4 star Hilton hotel offering 200 hotel bedrooms, connected to the venue at ground floor concourse level and first floor meeting rooms. In addition, a 3 star Aloft property will also be situated on the grounds of the new venue, providing a total of 350 onsite hotel bedrooms. A further 2,320 bedrooms are available in close proximity to the new venue, ranging from 3-4 star properties.
Cancellation must be made within five business days before the conference start, unless the full fee must be paid.
